Visitor Visa Extension

If you are already in Canada on a Visitor Visa and wish to stay longer, you must apply for a Visitor Record (extension) before your current status expires.

What is an RCIC-IRB?

Most immigration consultants in Canada are RCICs — Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants — licensed to advise and represent clients for most Canadian immigration and visa applications.

As an RCIC-IRB, I hold additional specialized authorization from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to represent clients not only for applications, but also before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) in hearings, appeals, and other tribunal matters.

This means I can guide you through both your immigration application and any legal proceedings if your case requires representation before the IRB — offering you full, end-to-end advocacy that most consultants cannot provide.
